It's a beautiful part of Britain but this peak is spoilt by the railway transporting people up. However, the walk up has good moments. We used the Pyg Track to ascend and the Miners track to go down again. Delightful views of the nearby lakes and a couple of waterfalls, loads of people. The paths are well used and the whole scene is too easy. Still it's something everybody has to do.
